STRESS MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES IN DAILY LIFE AND IN HOSTILE ENVIROMENTS

The aim of the module is to provide participants with knowledge about the concept of stress management and self-care, to make them able to recognize the symptoms of different types of stress and to use a variety of stress management techniques applicable to the daily life and work place. 
 
In the module on stress management for personnel travelling or on mission to medium-risk and high-risk countries, special focus can be devoted to symptoms and techniques for managing stress related to hostile situations, including in hostage and captivity situations.
