The aim of the module is to provide participants with the competences to deliver training in an effective way. The sub-modules that can be chosen by organisations are the following: the role of the trainer, teaching and learning theories with a focus on adult learning, training design, planning and preparation, training methods, managing the training environment, delivering a training session, learning assessment, and learning evaluation. Individual feedback during and after practical activities can be included in the module, also through the use of video equipment.
