Training Services

The training sector of Smart Revolution includes the design, organisation, implementation and evaluation of trainings, developed on the basis of an innovative, modular and customized approach that builds on the learner’s specific knowledge and experiences. Trainings are designed using a competence-based learning methodology, aimed at developing, and eventually also evaluating and validating, the competences of the participants. The service is available both in English and Italian. 

The sector is developed on the basis on two pillars. On one side Smart Revolution adopts an international approach, aimed at developing highly specialized training courses, on the basis of experiential methodologies that include the design of scenarios and simulations, in line with the most advanced European and international standards and in light of the experience developed by the founders and administrators in designing and delivering trainings for the personnel of the European Union, International Organizations, NGOs, Ministries, public entities and private companies. On the other side Smart Revolution aims at organising qualification, requalification and specialization trainings for both participants already employed and for those looking for a job, also on specific request of companies.  

Smart Revolution has obtained the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 Certification for the design and delivery of training activities (IAF: 37), which has been granted by Apave Certificazione Italia S.r.l.

This Certification is a standard recognized at the international level and will allow us to set up an efficient quality management system, suitable for analysing and addressing our Clients’ needs and for guaranteeing that our products and services are in line with our clients’ needs and expectations.

The Certification will offer a series of advantages for our clients, since it guarantees the effectiveness of the training action, the achievement of a high level of standard, an orientation towards clients’ needs, an activity control based on objective data, and a process of continuous improvement.

More in details, the company intends to deliver the following training services: train the trainers courses with individual and customized feedback, especially in relation to adult learning, capacity building and continuous professional development, competence-based learning activities, evaluation and validation of competences, training courses on corporate social responsibility, on intercultural sensitivity (for companies business-related), communication, public speaking and career coaching. A special focus will be devoted to security trainings for the personnel working or travelling to medium-risk and high-risk areas, including trainings on personal security, residential and mobile security, preventive medicine, first aid, navigation and communication techniques, and stress management.
