Is responsible for European Project Management in Smart Revolution. She holds a Master Degree in International Relations and Human Rights from the University of Turin and a post-graduate M.A in Human Rights and Conflict Management from Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna.
She has worked for United Nations both at headquarter and on the field and she has gained experience on European Union institutions working with global NGOs based in Brussels. She has attained a specialised course on European Project Management (EPM) and was part of a Leonardo da Vinci mobility project on EPM. She has been working as project manager and evaluator of European projects since 2012. She is experienced in adult education, training design and competence oriented learning and validation.
Since 2013 she has been collaborating with Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna where she writes and manages European projects on education/advanced training and security. At the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna she is also involved in the planning and the management of several highly specialised training offers and she currently coordinates an online Master offered by the Scuola. Finally, Enrica is the President of Centro Libenter, an Association for social advancement based in Turin, involved in national and European projects on continuous professional development (CPD), wellbeing and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
